First coin in the series. In 2007 the Royal Canadian Mint released their first ever coin with embedded Swarovski crystal elements. The design contained Swarovski crystals within a six-sided dendrite ice crystal, often referred to as a snowflake. This coin contains six iridescent crystals and one central clear crystal. The coin offered here is the very first of the entire series. It is the hardest one to find and has steadily gone up in value since it was minted.
