Effective September 1, 1880, the historic land claim transfer significantly expanded Canada’s territory, and it underscored this country’s identity as a northern nation. The reverse is a reproduction of the 1980 silver dollar design by Canadian artist/engraver D. Paterson and features a polar bear in the Canadian Arctic Archipelago. The obverse features the historic effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Arnold Machin. The silver dollar issued in 1980 was one of the first Canadian coins to feature a polar bear on its reverse. Two-thirds of the world’s polar bears are found in Canada and some of the largest populations reside along the northwest coast of Baffin Island, the largest of the Arctic islands (it’s also the fifth largest island in the world). The plan I want to see in effect is using the Army Corp of Engineers along with French Nuclear Engineers to build the safest Nuclear Power Plants in the United States and then abroad. The Pentagon is overseers of enough Uranium to power the Planet. And I’d like them to use the Uranium in a Peaceful manner. They have enough Uranium to pay off the National Debt. The Uranium is worth so much more when used in a Peaceful manner. Our need is great then we can help build nuclear power plants in India and then China. They are burning coal at an alarming rate. This is the problem. We need to stop it now. The French have mastered the art of nuclear energy. Making it safe for America and the world. Nasa recorded temperatures above 150 degrees in four places. They are not record highs because a human has to record it from the place. And any human would have died trying to get a temperature in anyone of these places. VP Harris wants to rebuild the middle class. If she favored the plan of construction of nuclear power plants. I think she would find it beneficial to all parties involved. If Exxon helped by adding electric power stations at all their gas stations they could make record profits in a clean way. All the high-tech gear that is needed will create even more jobs. VP Harris has an understanding of life in India. She could talk to the people in India to get them on board. She as Commander in Chief of the military could work with the Pentagon to keep the Uranium safe from terrorists. And the High commands keeping their interests safe. President Trump has made comments that make it difficult for him to work with the Pentagon. Whatever person is most likely to carry this plan out is the one I’m voting in.
