The obverse of the coin shows the head of an astronaut in space, with the lights of his helmet on, and the image of a futuristic city lit up with the Earth in the background. Fully ennobled the coin with black ruthenium and a striking fully coloured design on both sides. We have used the Canada 2023 – Maple Leaf 1 oz silver coin, with a purity of 999.9 and a face value of five Canadian dollars.
