Most coins have milky spots. Very low mintage – only 5,000 of each minted. The Zodiac Privy Mark 12 coin set–one per each sign of the zodiac was issued in 2004 and has twelve coins. Each coin is 38 mm in diameter and weighs 31.39 grams = 1 oz. The coins are in perfect condition (but they do have “milky spots”) and is minted to the standard of 99.99% purity!! The reverse has the silver maple leaf design and additionally there is the privy mark added. The obverse has the brilliant relief image of the Queen (by Susanna Blunt) against a satin background. The coins are minted in a beautiful reverse proof finish which means that the maple leaf, the privy mark, the queen’s effigy, etc. Are all in brilliant relief against a frosted or proof background.
