This 2015 Canada Proof Silver Growling Cougar is perfect for those who love animals and the outdoors. The big cat, which has several names, including cougar, mountain lion, and puma, appears in the foreground, emerging from the lower left. The animal faces to the right of the coin with its mouth open, putting its sharp teeth on full display. The powerful image is set against a backdrop of a forest in the near ground and a mountain behind. The obverse of the coin has Susanna Blunts rendering of Queen Elizabeth II set against a pattern of wavy lines. This piece, which was released by the Royal Canadian Mint, has a limited mintage of just 1,000, making it a collectors item. It weighs ½ kilogram and is.
