Mintage is limited to 5,000 coins. The design comes from an original photograph by Peter McKinnon which captures the snow-capped mountain set against a backdrop of fluffy clouds. The image becomes doubly interesting with a second image of the mountain and sky reflected in the mirror-like surface of Vermilion Lakes. A final design element features a classic engraved frame in the shape the camera lens that first captured the scene.
