Store Category: Glow In The Dark. Montréal Incident – coin #4 is here. Yukon Encounter – coin #5 is here. The Duncan Incident – coin #6 is here. Some crop circles are harder to dismiss. And that’s what makes Saskatchewan’s most famous UFO/UAP incident so intriguing! Viewed from the witness’s perspective, the Langenburg Event is the seventh unusual encounter re-told as part of our popular. On the morning of September 1?? , 1974, a farmer was swathing his fields near the town of Langenburg, Saskatchewan, when he noticed five highly polished, steel-like objects at the edge of a slough. Upon closer look, he noticed these unusual saucer-shaped objects were rotating rapidly and hovering just above the ground. He continued to observe them until they suddenly rose up, emitting a strange vapour as they silently disappeared into the sky. But the objects hadn’t vanished without a trace; according to the RCMP incident report, they left behind “five different distinct circles, caused by something exerting what had to be heavy air or exhaust pressure over the highgrass, ” which was curious enough to warrant serious attention both locally and worldwide. 2018 Canada $50 Nature’s Light Show Stormy Night 5 oz Concave Pure Silver Coin

On a dark and stormy night, the wrath of the skies can be both fearsome and captivating to curious onlookers, even animal ones. The reverse design by Derek Wicks captures the mesmerizing nature and raw intensity of a thunderstorm, as seen from a fox’s perspective. For a more immersive viewing experience, the concave shape presents a tunnel-like view of the nighttime storm from inside an underground burrow. Here, the luminous shine of the coin’s silver surface mimics the effect of flash illumination across the entrance of the fox den, which is lined with an engraved tangle of underground roots and rocks. The reactions of four colorful fox cubs mirror our own mixed sense of awe and apprehension: three curious cubs have their backs turned to the viewer as they watch a forked lightning bolt light up the deep hued sky, while a fourth seemingly shrinks away from the scene. The integrated use of glow-in-the-dark technology also allows for an alternate view of this stormy night – this time viewed in the dark, where photoluminescence stands in for the lightning’s electrified glow. The reverse also includes the engraved word “CANADA”, the face value “50 DOLLARS” and the year, “2018″. The obverse features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Susanna Blunt.
