Thanototeristes aka “Reaper of Death”. Rhodium Plated Proof Strike. PCGS PR 70 Matte. Ive written it out twice now, and given the name, I think when it comes to the fossilized skull of this dinosaur creature, we get just how bad The Reaper of Death was. I’m not a dinosaur kind of guy, but this 1 Oz. 9999 Fine Silver Proof Strike with Rhodium plating is a remarkable piece. The design is so incredibly intricate with each tooth in the jaw of The Reaper carefully sculpted one by one. And the jet black contrasts well against the Silver of skull. This is a very cool coin. It has been signed by RCM Artist, Susanna Blunt. Each detail (and there are a a bunch of them) in coin had to be examined and determined if a 70 was in its’ future. In hand, they look even better. Mintage is just 7,000. Should you have any questions, please let me know. Weight – 31.8g/1 Oz. Minted by the Royal Canadian Mint. Mintage – 7,000. Graded by PCGS a perfect PR70 MATTE.
