The coin has a Glow-in-the-Dark effect, has an innovative enamel effect, and comes in a case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity. Limited mintage to 6.500 pieces worldwide. The reverse of the coin by Canadian artist Curtis Atwater presents the close-up portrait of a Wolf and features complex engraving that adds textural detail. They are further enhanced by glow-in-the-dark technology that adds a luminous intensity to the piercing gaze, which mimics the naturally luminous effect of the nocturnal hunters stare during a rare nighttime encounter. The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: CANADA the issue country, 2017 the year of issue, D·G·REGINA Dei Gratia Regina, 15 DOLLARS the face value and ELIZABETH II the name of the Queen.
