This very large proof swimming beaver coin weighs 5 ounces of pure silver, and was produced with an extremely low mintage of just 1,500 coins. Its hind feet propel it towards the bottom of the pond, where it will add the branch to its winter food reserve. The coin is engraved with the word “CANADA, ” the date “2014″ and the face value of 50 DOLLARS.
